I’ve been saying for ages to every one that would listen ‘I’ve got that on 45’ but no one seems to care! So to remedy that I’ve put together this mix of some of my finest 45s & 7s. There’s a bunch of records that Mr Doris & I have made & released. Some tunes that I’ve found on the age old quest of crate diggings all over the world & some I’ve been lucky enough to get given.

The mix isn’t perfect but 45s mixes never are. If you’ve not tried to mix these little suckers together I can honestly tell you’ve they’ve got a mind of their own. Some of them are 50 years old! In fact one on the mix is 55 years old. If you listen closely you can hear the needle skipping on a number of occasions. But it’s these imperfections that give it all character. I very much enjoyed mixing it & I hope you too enjoy the selection…
